Abducted By Kidney Stones

This is not my kidney stone, but
it looked just like this.
I just want to know how something so small could hurt as bad as it did!!
I would rather have natural child birth again, than have a kidney stone.

So, this morning I had my Mom take me to the E.R. I was having these awful back pains that would not stop or give in a little. I thought that I had a bladder infection, come to find out I was passing a kidney stone. I had some experiences that I have never had before, I had to have oxygen because my oxygen level had dropped so low. I had to have a cat scan, and had to have heart monitors on. I thought that I would have been scared, but I wasn't. I didn't care what they had to do to get this pain to stop! I would never wish this on anybody, I don't understand how something so small could hurt SOOO bad. But, I do have to say that the doctor and nurses were really good at Davis Hospital. This is probably the first real good experience that I have had there. I hope that the other kidney stones just stay put right where they are, I don't want to have to go through that again!!!

Jackson... Crazy Kid!!
So, tonight I got home from work and said hi to Jackson and noticed something different about his face. He had white showing out from under his nose, I asked him what was wrong and he said nothing. I got looking a little closer and noticed a little bit of toilet paper was shoved up his nose and sticking out. I asked him why he had shoved toilet paper up his nose, and he said his nose kept dripping. I started to pull and pull... and pull, but could not get it all.( it came down to getting the tweezers out). I thought that I had gotten it all... until I had him lean his head back, and noticed that he had even more up there. I could not believe how much toilet paper he had put up there!!! It was pretty funny, but me and Clint kinda scared him now about putting things up his nose. At least he didn't just let it run down his face... Right?? Crazy Kid!!

Black Island Farms

Gracie playing in the corn

Me and Clinty

Jackson, Hayley, and Gracie

If you haven't been to Black Island Farms, you need to go! It was so much fun, they have a few different slides that everyone can go down (the best part is watching the adults come down). We all laughed for about an hour, as all of the people would come down the slide they would get up to walk off and slip on the plastic and fall right on their butts. We were laughing so hard our stomachs were hurting. At one point Jackson was sitting on the bale of hay laughing so hard that he fell off the back of it. Other families that were there finally caught on to what we were laughing at and stayed around to watch people fall, we could have stayed there all night. Sorry to all of those that we laughed at, you made our night!!! Thanks Mom and Jay for the gut aching night! :)

My Dad in Heaven

Every year around this time as the Holidays are coming up, it gets really hard without my Dad being here. I wish so much that he could be here to play with Jackson and Gracie, and be able to watch them grow up. But, I know that he hand picked them in heaven. I just hope that they will always remember him and know everything that they can about him. He was such a AWESOME Dad. I hope that he is watching over us and is proud of us. The things that I miss the most about him are the things that bugged me the most ( kinda funny how that works). He used to always tap on my shoulders because he knew that it drove me nuts, now I would do anything for it. I miss his smile, his laugh, I miss his hugs, but most of all I miss hearing his voice. Jackson and Gracie always have questions on why and how he died, and how do you explain that to a six and three year old ? Everytime that we drive by the cemetary, Jackson says "mom your dad died huh?" I have to just tell them that he was sick and that it was his time to go. Jackson says " yeah he's an angel huh mom" It just makes me smile and cry at the same time. Dad you are our angel and I love and Miss You so much!!!

Gracie..Gracie..Gracie...

Yesterday we were over at my friend Tiffany's house, we were there for a while. Gracie had discovered that she had some febreeze spray in her bathroom. Gracie had been spraying it all over the house, she brought this doll in and gave it to Tiffany,it was Soaking wet, we didn't know what she had gotten into to. Sure enough it smelled like her febreeze, come to find out that Gracie had pee'd in her pants and was trying to hide it (keep in mind that Gracie has been potty trained for a long time). She had sprayed herself, the doll, floors, chairs, and the countertops. Who knows what else she had sprayed that we did'nt see. Sorry Tiff, I felt so bad. I now owe her a new bottle of febreeze.
